Roses in the evening taken with the Quantaray 70-300mm Tele-Macro lens using the Built-In Flash. These roses are clippings from roses that were my Grandmother's Mother's roses, so they are about 75+ years old.

Bougainvillea Macro

Bougainvillea Macro, originally uploaded by RMStringer.

This was taken using my Schneider-Kreuznach Componon 40mm f/4 Lens that i use as a Do It Yourself Macro lens. This is a perfect Macro of the delicate flower on a Bogan Via that we have at home. I love the vignetting that occurred around the photo because of the difference in Apertures and sizes in the lenses. I did not use a flash for this series of photos. This turned out to be one of the best ones in the set.

Componon: 40mm f/4
ISO Speed: 200
Exposure: 0.077 sec (1/13)

DDR 400 Ram 1.0

DSC06009: DDR 400 Ram 1.0, originally uploaded by RMStringer.

Another Macro photo of an extra stick of DDR 400 ram. I love the close up of the vacant slot where a memory chip should be. I used the HVL-F58AM for this photo.

Water Textures 1.3

Water Textures 1.3, originally uploaded by RMStringer.

Lake Sam Rayburn on a Cloud Free Fall day. I used a Circular Polarizer on this set of photos as well as shooting them in a 16:9 Aspect Ratio using the Sony 18-70mm Lens in Black and White.

The testures from the B&W photo and the use of the Circular Polarizer are just amazing! It almost looks like a dry lake bed instead of water.

Exposure: 0.005 sec (1/200)
Aperture: f/9.0
Focal Length: 70 mm
ISO Speed: 200
