Help, My House Is To COLD!!! BURRRR

What are we? Are we a bunch of robots? Help me please i don't know if it is to cold for my children in here. Can we not control the temperature in our own home? I DAMM SURE DON'T NEED SOMEONE TELLING ME WHAT TEMP TO SET MY thermostat to! What will be next? Will the State of California install a arm to wipe our asses in the bathroom? Those liberal no good dumbasses in California need to grow a brain and stop being such a bunch of little girls. We don't not need the state or country to regulate the thermostats in our homes. The Governator is sounding more like a NAZI(Kennedy) every day!

We are heading straight to the "Big Brother" country like in Fahrenheit 451. Grow a single cell and adjust your own damm temp in YOUR HOUSE!! Get a life!! I can tell if my home is too cold or hot; YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO AS WELL!! If the state of California was not so damm tight on its EPA regulations you could have had more power/light generation facilities 20 years ago. You would not be in the state that you are in now with not enough power to go around. Plan ahead! Many states have upgraded their power grid and do not suffer the same fate of your "Rolling Black-Outs"

Grow Up, Act and Think For yourself. Be Adults and regulate your on damm air conditioners. The other 49 stated do it! We do not need any more governmental regulation in the USA.

I was on my way to work this morning and was driving my usually way, down the toll road (Powhite 76), and i was coming to the first set of tolls. I was slowing down and i picked my booth to pay at. There are two on the northbound lanes. I picked the left one. I was about a car-length from the cement walls when out a NOWHERE cam this Jeep Cherokee and cut in front of me. IF i had been any closer; the lady and i use that term very loosely, she would have hit me! What was even more funny was the fact that she had to pay just like me and when she came out the other side, she was only two cars ahead of me. What an asshole! We all have some where to be in the morning and there are two pay lanes, two EasyTagg lanes, and two coin lanes, more than enough to accommodate all of the traffic. It only takes a turd to make the punch go bad!

Deal Or No Deal...Dumbass!

As you, like me and 50 million other Americans are gathered around their Television Sets to watch NBC's Deal Or No Deal. One has to wonder...

We have watched the show since it came to NBC. With Howie Mandel as the host of the show and lots of pretty women to handle the cases it is fun. The participants always give a good show, some more than other with their theatrics and weirdness coupled along with Mandel's seriousness and his germ-a-phobia makes for good TV.

One central theme that i witness on this show is GREED! I like to gamble on the occasion and it is fun taken in context of what it is, a passing fancy. People come to this show and try to strike it rich be playing the odds and betting that the case they pick holds the 1million dollars. They are playing against the odds and they are not in their favor. I have never witnessed a person win the big prize, NEVER. Also when they get greedy by not taking the bankers best and final offer when they have exhausted all of the big prizes and they deiced to go for it, they loose! I saw it tonight. A girl was offered $283,000 and did not take it. She cleared all of the $1,000,000 prizes and was left with $100,000 as the top prize. she left with $55,000, a far cry away from 283. With taxes in California, she would be lucky to get about $20,000.

She took a chance and crapped out like most of the people do. Some get smart and take the Deal with a less substantial offer than the 1,000,000 and have something. They come with lofty goals and bet for the big bucks only to leave with little or no money. DO they not realize that taking the lesser offer, they still come out ahead? Remember it takes money to get there...

They should have made a deal and not taken the "No Deal".

The "Juice" will not get loose on this one...

O.J. Simpson's bail has been set at $78,000.

The breakdown is as follows:a) $10,000 for each count of assault with a deadly weaponb

) $20,000 for each count of robbery with a deadly weaponc

) $15,000 for the one count of burglary with the use of a deadly weapond

) $3,000 for the conspiracy to commit robbery with a deadly weapon count

We're told O.J. is quiet and calm. A source at the jail tells us Simpson will have limited interaction with jail personnel. He'll be held, by himself, in a booking cell, and only necessary law enforcement staff will have contact with him.The jail holds roughly 4,000 inmates in two buildings. We're told he will go through the search process like everyone else.Our sources say the Juice has been very cooperative with authorities.

What a TOTAL AND COMPLETE IDIOT!! He was scott-free with the murders and now he is resorting to being a total common criminal with breaking and entering and robbery. Way to go "Juice" I guess that Nicole Brown's parents will be happy! Justice is served one way or another and Karma is a BITCH!! Yea Vegas!! They have way too many cameras to even try to do something as stupid as he did.

Unsuspecting couple slept entire night with wasp nest under pillow

They must have been really drunk not to want to investigate what was going on in the room. I HATE WASPS AND BEEs!! I rather fight a snake than to have to fight a wasp. Now being too drunk to want to investigate what all the buzzing was about is just beyond me. I just cant believe that the wasps did not sting them during the night with them moving about. I know that i move about when i sleep and also put my hands under the pillows. IF you ask me, they were very lucky!

A more unpleasant collection of bedfellows would be hard to imagine.

As Vicki and Clive Hames settled down for the night, they couldn't fail to notice the strange buzzing in the bedroom - but chose not to investigate.

On reflection, it's probably a good job that they didn't.

The wasp nest stretched from the pillow all the way down the back of the bed
Unbeknown to the couple, a swarm of wasps had built a nest beneath the pillows of their bed.
And, remarkably, they both slept the entire night without realising.

It was not until the morning, when 57-year- old Mrs Hames pulled back her pillow to reveal the angry swarm that she was stung once on the back.

Her 60-year-old husband, meanwhile, escaped unharmed.

Mr and Mrs Hames, from Northampton, heard the "low buzzing sound" as they tried to drop off in the spare room of her stepfather's house.

The couple who stopped off at a Travelodge - and stayed 22 years

For most of us who visit a Travelodge, it is a fleeting pleasure. Park the car, go to bed and get away as early as possible in the morning. But for David and Jean Davidson, it is home. They arrived in 1985, and enjoyed it so much that they never left.

This sound like a contrived story to me. Who in their right mind would go and stay at a hotel for 22 years? I hate to go and stay for a week much less 22 freaking years? I can see that they are elderly, but are they insane as well? I might be less expensive than a house, but where do you cook and what happens if the hotel changes hands during that period? And what happened to their house?

What would happen if they family wanted to "visit" them? I can hear it now; Jim, check into room 104. That is the one that has the adjoining door with our room. It also has a micro fridge and a coffee maker.

Baptist preacher and Christian Radio deejay, 58-year-old Tommy Tester of Bristol, Virginia. He was just hanging out at a car wash, in Tennessee, drunk and high, wearing a skirt, "relieving himself in front of children," with an open bottle of vodka and an empty oxycodone prescription sitting in the car. Oh, and he was "offering police officers oral sex."

You can just imagine the cops pulling up to haul off the preacher pervert and their utter disbelief when, instead of showing any shame or denying everything, he offers to suck them off

Authorities identified Tester as the minister of Gospel Baptist Church in Bristol and an employee of Christian radio station WZAP-AM, also in Bristol. WZAP issued a statement asking for prayers and saying Tester has been suspended during an investigation.Tester was released Friday on $1,000 bail.

A hearing is scheduled for October.

Arrested again on Drug and Alcohol possession just 2 weeks after being let out of rehab.

She had everything going for her and much like many of her peers, she is going into the shitter very quick!!

Shane Talbot said.

Is she trying to be another Anna Nicole Smith? Does she want to spend the next 3-5 years in jail? I am sure that she will get another slap on the wrist because of her money, but she needs a good Kick In The ASS if you ask me!! She might make it into jail and that would be a good slap in the face and a reality check. Hilton had to go and Lohan does not have near the amount of money that she does. But with a father like she has and a hard partying mother, what do you expect?? They get too much money and fame at an early age without the maturity or guidance to have access to it...

What a good Roll Model for young girls that want to be "just like her."

Trucker sheers off roof driving too-big-rig length of Lincoln Tunnel

A damaged truck rests in a lane outside New York's Lincoln Tunnel on Thursday after a driver, whose rig was 6 inches too tall for the tunnel, drove its entire 1.5-mile length, peeling the trailer's roof and ripping off decorative ceiling tiles.

NEW YORK - A truck driver whose rig was 6 inches too tall for the Lincoln Tunnel drove its entire 1.5-mile length, peeling the trailer’s roof completely and ripping off decorative ceiling tiles.Flashing signs and officers using a loudspeaker had warned the driver, and it was unclear why he didn’t heed them, according to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, which operates the tunnel.

“He misjudged the height of the tunnel, and once he was inside it he didn’t realize the damage he was doing,” said Roy Guzman, the safety director of the trucker’s employer, U.S.A. Logistics Carriers of McAllen, Texas.

The driver, from Texas, was charged with nine misdemeanor moving violations.The central tube of three in the tunnel heading into Manhattan was closed for about 90 minutes after the accident early Thursday, but reopened just before the morning rush hour.

On the rare occasions when other trucks have scraped the tunnel’s ceiling, the drivers have stopped, Port Authority spokesman Steve Coleman said. Police then let air out of the trucks’ tires, so the rigs can be backed out.
