The Last Stand Of Winter...
I love how the snow is still present around the blooms and how it has some of them trapped underneath it. We got a little over 1 inch of snow last night. This is Winters last stand in our area. We have had some nice weather over the last few weeks...

I am not sure what kind of tree that this came from.
I saw this bloom on a tree as i was driving around O Fallon yesterday morning. I turned my truck around to go and look. This is what i saw...
I love the flower against the sky with the limbs framing it and how the sun illuminates the bloom dramatically against it.
