Richmond club owner sentenced to 60 days in jail

Richmond night club owner Samuel Moore was sentenced Thursday to 60 days in jail with no work release. Moore was taken away in handcuffs.
What is your opinion?Sam Moore agreed to an alford plea earlier this month. That means he doesn't admit guilt but, agrees prosecutors have enough evidence to convict him.
Moore is accused of having sex with a minor and videotaping a sex act with an 18-year-old woman without her knowledge.
Commonwealth Attorney Michael Herring says now there will be a federal investigation regarding Sam Moore and his strip club in Shockoe Bottom, he says the club has many ABC violations.
