I used the Minolta 50mm f/1.7 Prime lens to take this photo. It has an amazing Depth Of Field at about 18 inches from the bloom and the Bokeh is wonderful. The color using the lens is outstanding!!!
Blooming Orchid that we have at our home.
Very beautiful and delicate flower that it has.

Baja Boat Sunset
29th Reunion at Rattlesnake Island, Lake Sam Rayburn Texas.
This is a photo that i took of my friends boat late Sunday evening. His name is Wess Jackson and he is from Dickenson. His boat is a 28 foot Baja. He asked me to take a few of his boat in the sunset on the water. Bogan Via Macro
This was taken using my Schneider-Kreuznach Componon 40mm f/4 Lens that i use as a Do It Yourself Macro lens. This is a perfect Macro of the delicate flower on a Bogan Via that we have at home. I love the vignetting that occurred around the photo because of the difference in Apertures and sizes in the lenses. I did not use a flash for this series of photos. This turned out to be one of the best ones in the set.
